190 countries, 72 TV channels, 582 hours of broadcast, almost one million Hungarian viewers - the audience figures for the centenary Tour de Hongrie have arrived.
Our international media distribution partner, Amaury Sport Organisation, reports that in 2025, 72 different television channels broadcast coverage of the Tour de Hongrie. This represents 190 countries and 1.1 million households. In total, these channels devoted 582 hours of airtime to the race. The biggest international broadcast partners included Eurosport, France's L'Equipe, Belgium's Proximus, Southern Europe's Sportklub, Russia's Ökko, FloSports from the US and Canada, SSC from the Middle East, Supersport from Africa, Claro Sport from Latin America, Zhibo TV from China and SBS from Australia.
In Europe, almost 3 million viewers watched the race highlights on Eurosport (the last two hours of each stage were broadcast live on Discovery Plus / HBO Max). The event was also covered by online content creators such as GCN and Lanterne Rouge. The full list of media distributors is available here.
In Hungary, according to MTVA, almost one million viewers watched the Tour de Hongrie on M4 Sport or Duna World - 11% of the population - and the average audience for each stage in Hungary increased by 78% compared to 2024, beating the record set in 2023. Public media devoted a total of 36 hours of coverage to the race.
