7 WorldTeams, 7 ProTeams, 3 Continental Teams, 1 Cyclo-Cross ProTeam and the National Team of Hungary will participate at the 47th Tour de Hongrie.
Seven of the world’s best teams will take part in the race which celebrated its centenary in 2025: Bahrain Victorious, Jayco AlUla, Lidl – Trek, NSN Cycling Team, Soudal Quick-Step, UAE Team Emirates and XDS Astana.
Barring any unforeseen circumstances, the arrival of two top-class sprinters is currently considered a certainty: Tim Merlier of Soudal Quick-Step and Fernando Gaviria of Caja Rural are expected to come to Hungary.

Of the 19 participating teams (excluding the Hungarian national team), Polti VisitMalta is the most experienced: the Italian-Spanish ProTeam is competing in Tour de Hongrie for the 9th time. On the other side of the coin are three debutants: Modern Adventure, Campana Imbalaggi, and Solme Olmo Arvedi will all be competing in Tour de Hongrie for the first time. Soudal Quick-Step and NSN Cycling Team are coming back after a three-year hiatus, while Cofidis will start their first Tour de Hongrie since 2019.
A dozen Hungarian riders are expected to make the 114-rider start list. In addition to the six members of the Hungarian national team, one of the pairs from Bahrain Victorious—Attila Valter and Bálint Feldhoffer—is certain to compete. Two young Hungarians, Ádám Révész and Boldizsár Zsembery, appear on the preliminary start list for Campana Imbalaggi. It remains to be seen how many of our compatriots the two Hungarian-registered teams, MBH Bank CSB Telecom Fort and Team United Shipping, will field in the race.
The 47th Tour de Hongrie will take place between 13 and 17 May. The ProSeries event will be broadcast on every continent of the world.
